If you were able to catch our live broadcast, we hope you enjoyed it! If not, but you want to, you can do that every Saturday morning from 8-9 AM EST at http://wrfl.fm.
And we’ve got a couple of announcements! We will be joined next Saturday by someone who will be playing a large part in the future of Ages 3 and Up!. Her name is Sarah Smitha, she is just SWELL, and you’ll have to tune in to our program on 1/22 to find out more!
I’m not sure if I’ve ever mentioned it here, but I (Amberly) sometimes masquerade as “The 5-Minute Music Mom” on an internet radio program out of the Chicago area, called Mommy On A Shoestring. The MOAS radio program is on hiatus right now while its founders and hostesses, Beth and Jenna, work on other projects. Their website and blog, however, are going strong. HERE are a few reviews I did for them, featuring some of our favorite albums from late 2010. You should check them out- there are FREE MP3’s involved!
We are going to be participating in a couple of upcoming video events RIGHT HERE, on the Ages 3 and Up! blog. Sunday, February 7th, we’ll be premiering the video for Gustafer Yellowgold‘s “Wisconsin Poncho.” (That’s right! The song we played this week, from his forthcoming Infinity Sock release). Further details, including a schedule of other premieres from that album that will be happening on other friendly kids’ music sites, coming soon!
And, we’ve got an EVEN BIGGER video event coming up in a couple of months. We can’t make the announcement just yet, but you just wait… it’ll be totally worth it.
Cheers!
